Volkswagen Scirocco S
Description
This could be your Barn Find Bought this car new, have a copy of the original bill of sale. Had a professional take the engine and transmission out to put in a big bore in 1984 and got side tracked, do not have original engine or transmission. Car was immediately put in storage and has stayed dry for over thirty years. Now the good part! Never wrecked, original paint, looked everywhere for rust, do not see any! Interior is excellent to outstanding. Of course the dash cracked. Washed it for the first time, very carefully, the end of March, Wow it shines and is super clean, not perfect, no detailing was done. Hope you like the before and after pictures. A special thanks to Ted for his help that day! For what is worth I put the Koni suspension on it while I was still driving it. Also trying to find the title. Also installed VW mud flaps on it when new, had to remove them for trailer clearance, forgot to take pictures of the small holes left. I am going to mention other small places on the car or details Car came with A/C but do not see the condenser Have the injection and drive shafts Have a new Front Spoiler, name starts with a K Small dent on left side of the hatch Door ding on each door Rubber red and black body molding does not look good compared to the rest of the car Nice scratches on front hood and a place left from an egg! Bastards! A little kink in the front left underside of the front left quarter panel. A opposum took out my spoiler. A ding on the sunroof Cracked windshield Most of these places can be seen in the photos. I do have two of the lower body side strips in great condition. Have the important plastics pieces for the engine bay. If you are really interested I have more pictures of the small imperfections. I understand a Scirocco in this condition does not show up much, it is going to make someone a great car. Chris at 678-677-6287.
