World Famous " FLYING PAMPER" 1966 VW Shasta BUS!

Here is a 1966 VW Bus best known as the Flying Pamper! This VW bus was on built for the Mt. Shasta Snow Trip, a 1000 mile back roads adventure through Northern California in pre 67 split window buses. This bus was not built for looks, just to make the adventure every year. It has a wooden camper bed in the back and 1776 engine, duel 36mm carbs, counter weighted and balanced. Runs great.New rebuilt front end last year with new spindles. handles really well. The tires are BFG A/T'S that handle the dirt roads with ease. Heater works and has hanging cup holders for refreshments.
