• 1776cc single port completely rebuilt engine (converted to 12 V)

• *Stock rebuilt 1967 transmission/1piece axel boots

• Tune up 2000 miles ago – timing (30-34 total advance at 3500 rpm); oil change (Valvoline 10w40); adjust valves (.005”); gap plugs (.030”)

• Installed front disk brakes (stops on a dime)

• Installed rear window defroster; rewound windshield wiper motor; electric windshield washer; new battery (February 2017); Electronic ignition module (replaces points);12 V high resistance coil; New alternator

• Installed all new fuel vapor PCV/EEC fuel lines; new jets on Solex 34 PICT3 carburetor (60 idle jet, 130 main jet, 120 air correct jet); *full flow oil filter system with Teflon lines; aluminum valve covers

• *EMPI 5 spoke wheels; Color outside – VW L11 Pastel green

• Interior color– grey basket weave on seats and two tone door panels

• New tires (Nov 2013)– Michelin 195 65R15 X-Ice Replaced all tie rod ends;

• *Rebuilt Suspension (front with a German beam modified with height adjusters; rear with sway away adjustable spring plates)

• *Stock rebuilt 1967 transmission; replaced clutch cable and clutch release bearing

• Installed new glove box; new seat belts;

• *Rebuilt sun roof (opens like new)

• Replaced window mechanism (driver side)

• Replace speedometer - approx 14000 on original, 3000 on used replacement

• Clip on 12V fan for heater for better ventilation or defrosting; new radio
