1966 volkswagen beetle 1300

Description

I am the 4th owner of this car, 2nd and 3rd being father and son. All original. 6 volt charging system. Car has not run since 2005. I believe the starter was bad, but not 100% sure. Motor and transmission were both running when parked.Sunroof gaskets are shot. Sunroof leaks very badly when it rains. Sunroof does work. Has been tarped since purchased. The damage however was already done. Needs floor pans. Heater boxes are rusted. Appeared to have been rear ended before I purchased it. The rear bumper was bent to allow rear deck lid to open and close.All trim is present but not perfect. All windows are crack and chip free.Has spare tire, jack, and windshield washer reservoir (it is missing the hose to connect tire to the reservoir so it does not work).Has dents in rear driver's and passengers side fenders.Body panels have minor surface rust but no major holes.Both bumpers are rusted.All wheels roll freely.Tires are in excellent shape, just older.Please look at all pictures closely. I tried to do close ups of the really bad spots.Please ask questions before bidding.
