The original owner bought off the VW showroom floor she drove it daily but in her later years parked it and let it sit for 10 plus years till she passed.
The original Color is VW Blue but owner wanted a Yukon Yellow exterior but that was not available on coupes only convertibles.So when the car was days old off the VW car lot the owner enlisted a local paint shop to paint the exterior Yukon Yellow and left the interior VW Blue.The Yellow exterior paint looks great for being 51 years old
