1973 VW Bus Westfaila Camper, No rust, original paint, A/C, New tires and brakes

Hi All, selling the old bus today! This bus has been in my family since 1992. My father bought it at a drug seizure auction in Bartlett, TN. This bus was en route from California to the east coast with a load of cocaine when it was intercepted but the Bartlett Police Department. I drove it through out high school and college until around 2007. In 2007 it lost compression on cylinder 3, and I parked in the garage and moved on to other projects with the intent to resurrect it in the future. Well the future is here, and I need to fund a new business venture and it is just too small for my family any ways. This Bus is a great start to your dream or restore and flip for a sizable profit. This bus is SOLID as they get. There is some surface rust that will need touch up, but there are no rusted out spots, what so ever!! The panels are all straight and covered in the original paint. The only damage to the bus is a small impact damage in the center of the sliding door that a good paintless dent specialist could remove, or I have another straight white sliding door to go with the bus if so desired. The engine has been removed from the the bus with the wish to rebuild, but time and money have always been fleeting, so it is time to sell and reinvest the money into my families future.
This bus is in overall great condition, here is a run down of some of the good and bad.

Solid Rust free

A/C, under dash unit, condenser under and in between the frame rails, engine pulley, and controls intact, compressor is missing(york).

top fabric is salvageable. a few holes in the corners can be patched.

new tires, ZERO miles!

New brakes, rebuilt front calipers and hoses, new rear wheel cylinders and hoses, new master cylinder, and all brake hardware.

Child cot over the front seats is in good shape.

all doors have locking cylinders.

clean Tennessee title in my name

sheep skin front seat covers.

some one stole the radio while it was in storage, so there is a little damage to the dash, and in the rear where I had speakers mounted(see pictures).

Tight steering box and linkages.
