1970 VW Westfalia Camper

Description

1970 Camper is a good, solid _PROJECT_ van. Was "restored" a couple years ago, but very superficially. Runs, tires and brakes are ok. Registration is expired and out of state.
Needs: Camper roof (front "pop-top" section), camper canvas. Engine is recent rebuild, but needs heads re-torqued. Engine compartment needs some sheet metal work to replace metal that was apparently removed to make room for a bigger engine at one time (now has original size/type engine). Transmission is OK, but shifter needs attention. Suspension and steering good. Odometer says 96K - but we have no idea if that should be a longer number (probably so), as this is an OE 5-digit odometer.
To be reiterate what is mentioned elsewhere: Buyer is responsible for shipping (I recommend U-ship - I've used them for large items and they were amazing!).

Seems silly to have to mention it - but the person who "won" the bid last time clearly didn't understand this.
