1972 VW Super Beetle -

Up for your consideration is clean, rust free 72 Super Beetle.I have invested a lot into this car and due to a recent back injury, I have to let it go. Car is clean and rust free. Engine and transmission run great with no leaks. Looks like it was re-painted few years ago and is in decent condition. Glass is ok and windows roll up and down easily. Door panels in nice shape also. Aftermarket radio works. Front bumper is fair, rear bumper showing pitting and surface rust.Heres a list of work I have done to the car recently:- complete tune up including new distributor cap, wires, spark plugs. valves adjusted, heads torqued, brakes and clutch inspected and adjusted, carb and timing adjusted.- oil change. new valve cover gaskets, new oil pump plate gasket, flywheel seal and o-ring, bowden tube, intake manifold gasket and boot, oil cooler seals and main seals and o-ring.- new clutch cable- new altenator- new transmission mounts- new master cylinder- new padded dash- new "quick shifter"- new front seat padding and covers- new carpeting, sound deadening material and rubber mats- new gas tank, sending unit and related hoses, clamps and seals- new steering wheel- new trunk liner- battery tray and floor pans have been cleaned rust proofed and painted
There are few items that still need to be done: need new headlights, wiper blades and horn needs to be repaired.Other than that, the car runs and looks great.
