1965 VW 21 Window Samba Bus

Same owner since 1983, stored since 1992 found in Oklahoma. Mileage on title from 1983 shows 21,150 miles the odometer now shows 24,701. The engine number is H136651X we believe it is NOM and is a 1968 it is complete and does run but has an internal knock not drivable. Engine number clearly pictured along with a short video of the engine running. The paint is approximately 90% original with a few repairs and blends, the body does have dents, dings, Knicks and some scratches however the overall appearance and Patina is very cool and could be left AS IS.All of the original VW glass is intact and in remarkably good condition for its age. It was stored under a carport the paint on the dash and the gauges still looks good. The original wheels were correctly restored blasted to bare metal, black primer, white paint, new hubcap clips and rivets, new tires and hubcaps. The bus rolls, steers and pushes easily no problem to transport. Considered to many as the most desirable color combination regularly trading hands restored in the $125k-$225k mark. We think this bus should be mechanically sorted and fitted with a new interior and enjoyed or show AS IS. This bus is priced to sell and will have a new owner soon.
