Vehicle Condition:
The engine is running well and is purring like a kitten. I most recently camped on the Olympic Peninsula during rainy conditions and it could not have provided better shelter and camping in those conditions. I also took it up some incredibly steep Seattle city streets and it handled like a boss while the drivers' (me) anxiety was maxed out.
Exterior is in great shapeInterior is in great shape for its age. Only blemish on interior is small burn hole in rear bench seat the size of a pencil eraser. The refrigerator is currently not connected. I have not used it myself and not sure if it currently can operate if reconnected to propane. Don't want to fix or replace as this is a common item that is removed from these vans. They are often removed due to inefficiency and being unreliable. They are also being removed for additional storage space. Most people are buying the GoWesty cabinet conversion kit. I will leave it to the buyer to decide. The in-cabin diesel generator used for a heater is currently inoperable.

Most recent trip was to the Olympic Peninsula and provided wonderful shelter in rainy conditions.
If out of state, I'm happy to coordinate with a local appraiser/assessor and deduct the cost of assessment/appraisal if vehicle is purchased. Thanks!
