For sale is 1974 VW Standard Beetle. Has 1600 cc dual port engine with 2 barrel weber carb and intake set up. 4 speed manual transmission. Vehicle has functioning metal sunroof. New Rally red paint job.Engine rebuilt about 150 miles ago, has brand new heads, cylinders, pistons and piston rings. brand new spark plugs and wires, ignition coil, points, condenser, and centrifugal distributor.New alternator conversion, new belt, crank pulley, electric fuel pump. New aftermarket muffler and refurbished heat exchangers.Refurbished original front and rear bumpers. New brake shoes and hardware all around, new brake lines and hoses all around, new parking brake cables, new master cylinder, new wheel cylinders all around. refurbished original rims with spare, 4 brand new nankang tires. brand new floor pans (sealed and welded), heat exchangers working properly, brand new carpet, door panels, EMPI shifter, EMPI door sill plates, VDO tachometer, oil pressure, oil temperature, voltage, and cylinder head temp, working speedometer, newish headliner, aftermarket center console with cup holders, brand new radio with 4 new speakers. New clutch,clutchcable, new accelerator cable, new windshield, all other windows are original and in great shape. Brand new rubber seals on all windows, decklid, hood, doors, new sunroof felts. New headlights (H4 conversion), new turn signals, new aftermarket yellow fog lights, all new chrome trim on body, many more features. Seats will need to be restored (has seat covers on now), small crack in body work on right front (pictured), has some small scratches and dings in body, as said it was a driver and I drove it almost everyday..Runs and drives very well.
