THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS JUST AS IT SHOULD IN ALL 3 GEARS. THIS UNIT HAS A CLEAN CARFAX AND ONLY 64,000 .. THE REFRIDGERATO, SINK AND STOVE ALL LOOK BRAND NEW FROM LOOKING AT THEM AND THE VAN ITSELF IS VERY CLEAN AND IN GREAT SHAPE FOR ITS AGE .. THE EXTERIOR PAINT IS VERY NICE BUT HAS SOME SMALL CHIPS AND CRACKS BUT LOOKS VERY NICE OVER ALL AND LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS REPAINTED IT AT SOME PIONT IN THE PAST .THE UNDERCARRIAGE IS SOLID WITH NO RUST ISSUES.
