1984 Volvo 240/245 GLT! 89k Miles! Turbo, Manual! Survivor!

Ok, so, this is going to be a tough one. This is my baby. One of the best remaining examples of a Volvo 245 available. I will do my best to describe this car, however, I am no mechanic, just an enthusiast.
89,000 Original miles and YES, the Odometer does work! The 245 is a RARE factory turbo with an equally as rare 4-speed MANUAL transmission with Overdrive. Overdrive is working and the car shifts strong.
Recently had the Clutch Cable replaced. Was told by Previous owner Timing Belt, turbo, and exhaust redone. Very clean. 89k Original miles! Exceptionally clean interior, all-original with the exception of two BMW Vader front seats! Headliner is impeccable, rear seat is original and in beautiful shape. Back area is exceptionally clean. Clean, dark tint all the way around. Turbo Rims. All gauges work except the clock. Needs an AC recharge. Rust spot on the back hatch. Tiny crack in upper corner of windshield. Some dash cracking. All lights and signals are working. Windshield wipers are not working. Found motors for around $100 online, I just have no time. Will need two new front tires eventually. Has manual and fix-it guide as well. Some paint fading on the car. Passes emissions with ease, paperwork in hand proving it. Just went through 10 days ago. Clean Colorado title. 2 owners, purchased from original owner's son! I am sure I am missing something, and I will try to add more pics eventually for a serious buyer!
