Description

1951 Jeep Willy’s M-38 flat fender 95% completed project
This was never supposed to be a frame off restoration/rebuild; you all know how that goes. But there was nothing I touched that wasn’t bent broken or needing to be replaced. I have complete photo documentation, I can send as many as you would like, of this jeep being taken down to the bare frame and build it from the ground up. Everything has been fixed, replaced or upgraded. I will make a list but there is just so much replaced that is practically a new jeep. It is not stock and was never intended to be a stock M-38. I have over $22,000 in parts, and that is what I have in receipts, not counting the dollar outlay without receipts. Many, many hours have gone into this jeep in the last five years. I am 65 years old, bad knees, shoulder, back and I lost my build partner so I am on my own. My physical condition precludes me from finishing this project without paying a fabricator to finish it for me. It’s time to move on for me.
Make me an honest offer and I will consider it.

I have over $22,000 in parts and over $4500 in professional labor into this vehicle. This doesn’t cover the hours upon hours I spent scrapping, sanding, scaling, priming and whatever. I have lots of photographs of the entire process. Getting too old and limited flex ability makes this project not a real possibility to finish by myself.
