The hood for this car is included with the car. It has never been installed as did not want to cut it for the blower and carbs. It matches car color but is not polished or have hinges.
Vehicle runs strong and idles well in traffic. Stays cool with new TSR aluminum 2-pass radiator, electric fan, and adjustable fan controller in cab. I have not run this car on the strip so do not know what times it might run.
The car starts every time but is very cold blooded as no chokes on either carb. Vacuum secondaries on both carbs. Boost gauge on firewall to show when blower is powering up. This 8-71 blower only builds boost when power is applied, not in neutral. Runs great once it is warmed up.
Runs on premium pump gas plus octane booster. I use Shell V-Power and Lucas octane booster with good success.
Only selling this car to make room in my shop to work on my 56 Chevy project. I will consider all offers but no trades.
