Description
1941 Willys Swoopster
High end show car. It can be driven and is around the car shows but it has mainly been a show car. It has won hundreds of first place and best of show awards. It recently won the prestigious National Street Rod Association Pro's Pick Of the Year 2018 Awarded in Louisville Kentucky at the NSRA Nationals. It has also won several other NSRA and Good Guys awards. It has been featured on ESPN2 and Dubs. It has been in magazines and NSRA Street Scene magazine has put it in the October 2018 issue. It has been used as a promotional car for Maguire's, Boyd Coddington Detail Garage and more. The original owner worked with a graphic design artist and Dennis Taylor Reproductions to design the car as a concept. During the design they noticed it had Swooping body lines and the name Swoopster was born. They wanted a long, low, high tech sleek pro touring style Willys. After the design was completed it was a three year build and over 200k. It has extreme detail in all areas of the car with several one of a kind parts. Custom Willys and Swoopster badges on the interior and exterior of the car. The air cleaner and hood hinges have Swoopster engraved. Most all wires and lines are hidden. Underneath the car is as nice or nicer then the top with the same attention to detail. Listed below are several things about the car but there is way to much to list here.
