Description
1954 Willys Jeep Pickup. Totally rebuild about 9 years ago. Has only about 8500 miles on it since rebuild. In good condition given it was my "shop" truck and has seen some use, including 2 trips from PA to RI. Runs very well. The body is basically stock Willys, painted Auto Air Colors Iridescent Electric Blue. New bed. New chrome on bumper. Other chrome either redone or replaced. Some rust on left rear bed area (see photo)
Everything underneath is changed. Frame was boxed. Has 350 SBC with Dart heads, Crower cam, Heddman Headers and 600 cam Edelbrock Carb. Pertronix distributor. GM performance serpentine pulley set-up. MasterTorque Starter, with remote Ford solenoid. BeCool Radiator and fan. Centerforce clutch and pressure plate. NV 4500 Transmission (all synchro compound low and overdriven 5th). Dana 300 Transfer Case. Front axle is a Dana 44 from a 1978 IH Scout w/ SuperWinch Hubs. Rear axle is a Dana 60 w/ TrakLock posi. 3.54 gears. Custom drive shafts. American Racing Chrome Wheels w. 245 x 16 Hangkook Dynapro tires.
Ididit tilt steering column with LeCarra wheel and special W/O horn button. Ron Francis Wiring fuse panel, loom and switches. Gauges rebuilt to 12V with modern internals. Specialty Power windows wipers. A/C by Old Air Products. Wired for power windows but I removed them because they were not working well. Seat is from 2002 Ford Ranger, upholstered in grey with tweed inserts. Too many other features to list, but all are top shelf products. Contact me if you have specific questions.
