1971 BMW 2002 ti dual carb car

Description

This is a rust free, 2002ti Tribute Car. It has special parts added to a regular 1971 BMW 2002 to make it's driving, handling, accelerating, and braking come up to the standards set by the ultra-rare 2002ti. I think the ti was only available in 1971. These parts include a higher compression engine--this one is freshly rebuilt by Terry Sayther with 9.5:1 compression. It also has the larger front brakes, hubs, and bearings from the injected tii. It's special tii brake booster has been freshly rebuilt, as have the big tii calipers. The dual Solex ti-carbs were rebuilt during the car's preparation.The front grill includes the 2002ti emblem. All that is standard ti factory upgrades.
In addition, this car has new Bilstein Shocks, stainless steel brake hoses, larger sway bars, and a Stahl header. Special performance seats are a great addition and a dash cover nicely covers the usual cracked dash. It has other new parts like the driveshaft flex disc, subframe bushings, upper front strut mounts, brake master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders, clutch master cylinder, numerous hoses, complete clutch, electric fuel pump, tires, all tune-up parts, and more.
The paint was redone several months ago and is in excellent condition.
