Description

The car started spent most of its life in California before heading to Pennsylvania in 2014. I purchased the car in October of 2017 and brought it to NY. The body of the car shows its age and mileage of close to 300k, clear coat is failing and has dents and dings but its straight and has no rust. The S52 has around 145k on the clock and is healthy as ever. Ill start with some basics on the car:
Motor swap is out of an 1996 M3 with 145k-ish miles on the clock.
I've replaced the transmission with a 96 BMW M3 trans with 75k on the clock thats been cerakoted new throw out bearing and brass pivot.
when the transmission was being replaced and new upgraded clutch and single mass flywheel was put in as well as the rear main seal, pilot bearing, slave cylinder and fluids.
The car had a leaky semi working LSD. that was taken out and rebuilt by a reputable shop with the Thayer Motorsprots 3 clutch street upgrade kit as well as all new bearing and seals. it was hot tanked and repainted black.
Some tubular headers were installed to replace the stock e34 cast iron headers that impeded flow.
The redtop 413 ECU was replaced with the MS3Pro Plug and Play Standalone for the M/S 50/52 cars with Innovate Motorsports LC-2 Digital Wideband and dyno tuned to 230RWHP (will come with the original ECU and narrow band as well)
The engine mounts have been replaced with the Revshift 95a Polyurethane mounts.
The rear suspension has been replaced with Bilstein shocks and Bavarian Autosport springs that lower the car 1 1/4 inches (30mm). I have the fronts (front strut housing and hubs,) I just haven't installed them, the "new" setup has about 10k on the clock. (shocks, springs, housings/hubs, ABS sensors)
It has new front control arms - Top and Bottom
interior is in good shape carpets and seats are solid for an e34 and no seat twist. the double sunroof works as well. all of the steering components were replaced by the previous owner.
new front brake rotors and pads.
car also comes with a new Chase Bays Vanos oil line, just not installed, was waiting to install with the turbo setup.
