The one that is for sale is the 1992 BMW 325i Cabriolet.
this car represents the last production of the legendary E-30.
I purchased this car last year from the deserts of Reno, Nevada where it has spent its entire life, and as a result she is completely rust free.
What makes this car special is that it is a 5 speed manual, with M-Technic body skirting, and it is a rare Alpine white with Lotus white leather interior.
I drove it back from Reno and then went to work on it. over $5k was spent restoring this beautiful 325.
most E-30's you find are "projects"..this isn't one...
here is what has been done:
Complete new leather interior in original Lotus white. ($1,500)
Timing belt & water pump replaced.
new cltch and factory fly wheel installed.
A/C system gone thru and recharged ( nice and cold)
new M shift knob.
Comes with Windscreen for freeway driving ( these are hard to find)
New custom floor mats
New emblems & front grill
Power top was not working, now it is manual with power tonue cover. (works great)
BBS factory sport wheels refinished.
New tires all around
New front bumper skirt
New rear factory spoiler.
new rear bumper
All signal lights and marker lights replaced with new clear one's (original lights included with car)
When i bought the car it had an upgraded Stereo deck, however I also have the original factory deck that comes with it.
and I'm sure there is more i cant remember.
she runs great and everything works including the cruise control.
I just took a 2,000 mile road trip in her and she ran excellent!
she has several rock chips and small blemishes that you would expect with a car of this age, don't expect perfection.
Note: when the other baby becomes an unruly teenager we may consider selling :)
I love this Car and spent alot of time & money on her, i want her to go to someone who appreciates the E-30's for what great cars they are.
