IN 1962 A MAN IN NEW JERSEY GOT A NEW BUICK ELECTRA 225 CONVERTIBLE AND LOVED IT. HE ALWAYS KEPT IT IN HIS GARAGE, DID'NT DRIVE IT MUCH, AS HE GOT OLDER HE DROVE IT LESS AND IT SAT IN HIS GARAGE. HIS FRIEND GOT IT, AND TOLD HIM HE WOULD RESTORE IT, BEING A BODY MAN. THE CAR SAT FOR YEARS IN THE SHOP UNTIL HE GOT AROULD TO RESTORE IT. AFTER HE REPAINTED IT THE SAME COLOR WITH A NEW TOP AND INTERIOR, SOLD IT TO ME. I REPLACED THE LOWER BALL JOINTS, CENTER LINK, STUT BUSHINGS, GENERATOR, WATER PUMP, MASTER CYLINDER, POWERBOOSTER, RAD, CARB, BATTERY, WHEEL CYLINDERS, BRAKES, WHEEL BEARINGS, EXHUST, AND TIRES. CAR HAS NO RUST ON IT. THE CAR IS ALWAYS STORED IN A HEATED GARAGE. CAR RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT! EVEN THE RADIO WORKS. AS THE CAR STANDS TO MAKE IT PERFECT THE FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS NEED RECHROMING. ALL THE BODY CHROME WAS REPLACED. AND HAS 79,000 MILES, ONLY 7,000 WERE E IN 1962. MATT 845-978-0939
