Born as Chevrolet's top of the line model, the Impala quickly became the symbol for performance in the early sixties and introduced Chevrolet's signature "SS" brand of performance. The the Impala still remains the performance car of choice for those that like big cars and have since become an American Iconic Classics, but its the big body Convertible Classics made in the mid 70's that are all the rage and are sky rocketing in value.

Overall the car is in nice shape, most impressively the body and panels are very straight and very solid and have obviously been well taken care of and always stored within a climate controlled facility. The undercarriage and chassis is equally as solid. The Caprice was used as a family Sunday cruiser and still shows well. The paint shines up nicely and is not #1 show quality of course but great for any car show with few blemishes here and there from over the years if you inspect closely. The dash and gauges are all original and are all intact and in good original condition. The interior shows well very well. The engine runs strong and was recently taken on a 250 mile road trip with out any issues, the engine and bay have never been touched, all original. The transmission is strong and shifts as it should with good high end highway gears. Bid away on this Caprice...
