I'm a New Car Dealer and acquired this car after it had been traded in 2000. I enjoyed the car for a few months and sold it locally. Three years later in 2003 it came back to me and I kept it for my collection. In fifteen years I have put just over 2000 miles on her. It was traded in 2000 by it's original owner, I sold it to the second owner and I am the third. The story I was told about the car is that the gentleman who purchased her new passed away at some point in the 1980s and his Son had the car wrapped in cosmoline and stored. At least ten years later he pulled the cosmoline and it took some paint with it. So the car has received a high quality paint job and shows well. The roof was also replaced at the same time and looks new. I believe everything works in the car. The power windows, locks, roof, air conditioning etc. A couple years ago the drivers seat developed a crack in the vinyl and I had it re-upholstered. at the same time I purchased a roll of the oem matching vinyl which goes with the car. I also replaced the speakers with oem old stock which are very hard to find and it sounds good. because they were so hard to find I purchased two extras which go with the car. It will be a turn key car for it's next owner.
