Chevy Rat Rod C40 Truck 350 chopped Panhead hauler motorcycle
Description
1937 Chevy tow truck front clip mounted on a 1966 GMC 3/4 ton chassis. Front disc brake conversion, power steering, heater in cab, tempered Windows (side Windows are cracked but adds to the look I thought and still work). Small block Chevy 350 SBC motor, big valve camel hump heads, gear drive timing, Weiand high rise intake, Edelbrok 650 carb, aluminum air intake scoop, headers straight piped out below doors, custom camshaft, 4 speed 66 truck transmission. New crankshaft, crank bearings, camshaft, cam bearings, and rings All done 2 years ago. All the motor parts are painted black or metalflaked silver and gold. The cab has been chopped 6" and body dropped 5", shortened pedal arms so the clutch is tougher but still manageable, im 6ft 180 lbs and I fit good but not for fatties really. Mid 50s Ford bed that I lengthened and widened to haul 2 motorcycles, Redwood bed. Runs and drives good for an old truck. I've used it for work In construction and hauling bikes since I got it done so it's pretty reliable but still old and stuff breaks. Not a show truck but definitely a head turner and sounds amazing. The truck has been clear coated over original paint. Panhead Motorcycle shown for reference only and not included but can be purchased separate
