Your bidding on a rust free fully restored 1961 Chevy Belair 409 ci. 4-sp. sleeper.The car was restored about 5 years ago. It has been stored in the owners climate controlled barn.The exterior is excellent,the white paint has been buffed and polished with no orange peel or runs, it is flawless. The trim and chrome is like new. It's sitting on new BFG Radial T/A tires mounted on black steel wheels with dog dash hub caps.
The interior was redone in OE style. Seats, headliner, door panels, and carpet are all new. The dash is clean and uncut. The car still has it's original AM radio. All glass is clean, no cracks or stone clips.
The suspension was lowered 2.5" using new lowering springs front and rear. The steering is fresh and tight. The brakes are still drum all around and have been gone through.
The engine is a 409 ci. from a pick-up truck.The car originally had a 6 cylinder engine. A 4-speed manual transmission completes the drive train. The engine and transmission run clean and smooth. A new dual exhaust makes the car sound as good as it looks.
This car is done and ready to be someones daily driver or weekend show car or a great starting point for resto-mod.
