1968 CHEVELLE BIG BLOCK BARN FIND PROJECT CAR
Description
True barn find 68 Chevelle that has been stored for last 25 years here in the Arizona desert. Built in Freemont California and spending it's entire life in Cali and Arizona. Solid car with only minor cancer on the right outer quarter lip and in the rear seat well where the critters were living. Other than those small areas, the car is nice and solid including the floors and trunk floor. Body doesn't appear to be smacked anywhere and the doors close nice. It's a 136 vin factory air, power steering power brake car that came with a V8 but now has a 74 454 motor with the 336781 good oval port heads. Also has an Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb, Accel distributor, automatic trans and a desirable 12 bolt rear axle. Also has a nice Super Sport hood. I removed a valve cover to look inside the motor and is is nice and clean. The oil looks clean with no signs of moisture getting in the motor.. The motor runs out nice with no smoke or odd noises. There is no shift linkage so it is not driveable. The car needs everything for the interior. It does have some glass and all the window regulators are there, Has a crappy front bench seat. Has the original vin on the dash and a clear Arizona title. This is a project but could be the next $100,000 resto-mod build or COPO clone. These solid muscle car projects are getting next to impossible to find. call with any concers 480 209 0295
