Description

When you drive a car like this, you will definitely get people's attention. Seeing cars like this on the street is always a thrill. Just seeing them and hearing the thunder is exciting. And if decide to put on a show for the crowd, you will become the center of a story that will get better and better every time it is told. This is one serious toy and the elements that make this car so fast... are on display for all the world to see. You won't take anybody by surprise (except when they first see you) and you won't be underestimated. The hood is a dominant feature that pretty much defines the character of the car. Big hood, big power. From the side you will notice the radical rake to the chassis and the seriously wide back tires. Everything is coated in a beautiful shade of Red which looks really good with the Black grill and headlight trim on the front as well as the Camaro Z28 badge on the fender and blacked out window trim. The roofline flows down smoothly over the trunk and into the rear spoiler with Camaro and Z28 appearing between the taillights. It all sits on some great looking Weld wheels and a set of rear tires that look like they're ready for business too. Open the door and will find a custom, full street interior that is Black with Red accents. Go ahead, have a seat in the high back buckets that have been recovered in black with bold red stripes. (You may need to step over the NHRA roll cage to get there). There is a simple, stock, four spoke steering wheel sitting in front of a Dakota Digital Dash that's keeping accurate track of speed and rpm as well as critical engine functions. There is a B&M T-handle shifter for the automatic transmission in the center console that is trimmed out with a red stripe like the seats. Nice touch. So is the NOS switch within easy reach at need. The rest of the interior is basically street stock. There is a full headliner as well as nice carpeting and even full door panels that have not been cut out for those bars running across it. Raise up that threatening hood and you will find that it is not making an idle threat. Sitting down in that engine bay is a 434 cubic inch powerhouse. There is a pile of receipts that will provide interesting details for those interested in them, but the basics involve a Holley Demon carburetor feeding a Weiand blower and intake manifold. That mixture is sent to aluminum heads to be fired by an MSD ignition system and then out a set of long tube headers to Dynomax mufflers. If that isn't quite satisfying your need for speed, there is a NOS switch next to the shifter that will take things to a whole other level and should satisfy those needs. But this car isn't just about the engine. Power is sent back through a 3-speed automatic to a 4.10 locker, 12 bolt rear end. Frame rail connectors assure chassis rigidity and traction bars limit axle wind up and control wheel hop so all that power gets put on the ground. 4-wheel disc brakes assure that you can haul it back down from speed. Come on down and check out this super-nice, super-fast ProStreet Camaro. It's going to become the center of a car story sooner or later. Will you be the one driving it in that story?
