Introduced in 1967, Chevrolet's all new Camaro was a direct competitor to Ford's proven Mustang. Featuring a sexy body style, a range of 6 and 8 cylinder engines, and an affordable price, the new Camaro was an instant success. 1968 brought a number of minor changes as well as the introduction of a new performance oriented Z28 model. GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this nice 1968 Z28 Camaro for your consideration. Finished in Sequoia Green with white racing...stripes. This Camaro is very nice and has been with the same owner for around 38 years. It features and older restoration as well as a rebuilt 4 bolt main 302cid V8. The engine features 10:1 Wiseco pistons, Dart S/R heads, hydraulic roller cam, roller rockers, and MSD ignition. The body is straight and free of imperfections but the paint work is older and shows cracks and chips here and there. It sits on alloy wheels and has a rear spoiler. The interior is clean and original and has new carpets, the original Rosewood steering wheel, a modern Alpine head unit, and bucket seats. There is very little wear and it also features original Tic Tock Tach. Other features included 4 piston front calipers, 3.73 rear gears, and is said to have an actual 110k miles on the clock. The car is a great driver and the Z28 package is very desirable. The car comes with a number of spare parts and is a blast to drive. A little bit of cosmetic touch up and this car will be a show stopper! To see over 80 photos of this car, including undercarriage please visit our website br/-
