1978 corvette 25th anniversary unrestored original

Description

25th anniversary edition. Been stored for 20 yrs. Barn find! Good project.
Here's the good:
Fully loaded- every option
Original L82 engine. runs and drives
New pad, rotors,calipers and hoses all around.
New brake lines
New belts
New Alternator
New carburetor
New Plugs
Fresh oil change
Tires look new, no dry rot and excellent tread-still have nubbies on sides
Seats worn but no rips or burns
Dash has no cracks except 1 small crack (to right of headlight switch)
Am/FM/cb radio
NO ROT - surface rust on frame
No dents
Every thing works - except for the things mentioned below
Everything is there
The bad:
T-tops were missing when I got it - plexiglass tops on it now. Wrong ones for the car.
I can't get headlights to go up & down
Transmission leak - I have not addressed yet
Header leak (pass side) - had someone install new gasket- still leaking
A/C belt was removed when I got it- assuming compressor is seized
Carpet stained- can't get it out
Stains on door panels
Screw missing for handle on driver's door panel
The UGLY:
The paint is cracked and faded - needs to be prepped and repainted. Dark grey still looks pretty good
