Here's the good:
Original L82 engine. runs and drives
Woodgrain console- have not seen this option on any of these!
Am/FM/CB radio
Automatic transmission
Power windows
Telescopic tilt
New pad, rotors, calipers and hoses all around. New brake lines
New master cylinder(Almost $2000 in brake work!!)
New belts (belt still squeals) hard time finding correct belt
New Alternator
New starter
New battery
New carburetor (have original if you want to rebuild)
New Plugs
Fresh oil change
Tires look new, no dry rot and excellent tread-still have nubbies on sides
Seats worn -color with of in spots -but no rips, burns or excessive cracking
Dash has no cracks except 1 small crack (to right of headlight switch)
NO ROT - surface rust on frame (which was scuffed & sprayed when brakes were done
No dentsAll glass good(except t-tops (see below)
Every thing works - except for the things mentioned below
Everything is there
RUNS GREAT!!
Clear Mass title in hand.
The bad:
T-tops were missing when I got it - plexiglass tops on it now. Bought sight unseen- Wrong ones for the car. Not highway worthy
I can't get headlights to go up & down - plenty of vacuum @ switch, don't know how to move them manually (gonna Google it)
Transmission leak - small - noticed small puddle when it was jacked up in front for a few weeks. I have not addressed yet
Header leak (pass side) - had someone install new gasket- still leaking
A/C belt was removed when I got it- assuming compressor is seized
Carpet stained- can't get it out
Stains on door panels
Antenna is broken. Was very dry & fragil, I bumped it and it broke.
Screw missing for handle on driver's door panel
Front end shimmy (tires out of balance possibly)
Needs parking brake shoes - looked ok when brakes were done.
The UGLY:
The obvious - The paint is cracked and faded - needs to be prepped and repainted. Dark grey still looks pretty good
