Description

1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Convertible
Classic, reliable and great running 1975 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Convertible with the original 350 Chevrolet V8 engine that has only 47k original miles. The car has been extremely well cared for over the years and always under cover. New tires were put on several years ago and have just a couple thousand miles on them. The car starts easily and purrs in idle. Driving this car down the road gets lots of looks and admiration for this well kept classic. This particular classic convertible floats like a butterfly but has plenty of muscle, and plenty of room with power seating that gives you plenty of room to drive in comfort. There is also plenty of room in the trunk with the convertible top down to put golf clubs, beach items, or wedding and ceremonial items. This car was in a few parades and used as a wedding car a number of times. As the pictures show this car is extremely photogenic and makes anyone in it look fantastic :). Upon pulling the cover off you will fall in love with this car. The motorized top goes up and down flawlessly and the convertible cover secures snug to the body and enhances the overall look to the car. From the side skirts to the map box to the push button am/fm radio this full size convertible car will put you back in time and give you plenty of happy memories. A full size spare tire is included but not pictured.
. *** I've owned this car for over 14 years and the car has been well taken care of and always in a garage. Bought it from a little old lady (true story). Her late husband had a collection of garaged cars and this was one of them. I've changed the oil and oil filter on occasion and put new tires on it and that's about it. I bought it with 40k miles and now it has 47k miles if that tells you anything. The car runs great!!! ***
Disclaimer: The fuel gauge is stuck and the A/C is only cool not cold. Some of the weatherstripping needs to be replaced to make it waterproof. There is a crack in the passenger side dashboard. Plastic left and right corner pieces are included to cover the gaps in the back bumper areas, which is common for this vehicle.
