This unit is being sold As Is, Where Is, As Shown, With All Faults, If Any, Without Any Warranty Implied.It is your responsibility to view the unit if you so wish, or choose a mechanic to inspect it for you.You are welcome by appointment to do so prior to purchase.

Payment is due within seven (7) days of sale. PayPal Deposit Is Not Refundable if you do not purchase the unit. If you purchase van fully with pay pal, buyer pays pay pal fees. Payment must clear seller's bank before the unit is released to shipper or buyer. BUYERS RESIDING IN NYS MUST ADD APPLICABLE NYS SALES TAX TO PURCHASE PRICE. Unit must be picked up within fourteen (14) days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with seller.

Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and arrangements; however, I will assist in loading the unit onto any truck or trailer.
