1973 Chevrolet Luv truck, Drag car, Pro Street, Small block Chevy, race
Description
Very cool Pro Street / Drag truck. I just pulled this truck out after being in storage for over 12 years. The chassis was built in the mid 80's. Was listed in the Autometer catalog and used as a display vehicle at several shows. It is tubbed with a 9 inch ford rear end with ladder bars. Has disc brakes on the rear. The engine is a 377 small block with Callies crank shaft, H-beam rods, wisco pistons, Brodix Alum heads, Alum intake, Holley carb and comp cam roller camshaft. Has a Hughes powerglide with trans brake. Also has a Hughes 4000 stall converter. The truck does run and drive. It has a crack in the windshield. The paint is not in the best shape. It has lots of "dry cracks" in it and chips and scraps. Has open headers. Could make a pro street vehicle out of it. I do have the title and the vin tag is in place. It will need some tlc from sitting so long but is a great base to start with.
