Description

This is one cool ride! It is a 1956 Chevy Bel Air. It is a hardtop model also called a sport sedan (no post). These were actually one of the most expensive model when produced and today are a bit hard to find. It is a 4 door model and the back door handles have been shaved. But these back doors do still open with the interior hardware. It has been lowered slightly with brand new American Racing wheels and tires for a sleek look. The interior is original except for new carpet. The dash actually has been signed but we don’t know the name (see pic). Motor is a 350 w/350 auto trans. Has power steering, power brakes with a disc brake conversion.
This Bel Air has not been slicked down or had a bunch of stuff hidden. The interior paint can still be seen in the door jams. The exterior has had very littlebondo or body work done. It was painted to preserve what was there. You will find a smallamount of rust in the car but not much at all and nothing bad. Even the headlight surrounds are still all steel.
This is a car you can truly cruise in and enjoy. It isn’t a 30-40k model you are scared to drive or leave in the restaurant parking lot.It turns heads and will get attention. It is affordable and fun. Let me know if you have any questions.
