This 1964 Chevrolet Impala is a "Barn Find" from SouthWest Ohio. It's being sold as part of an estate sale, and has been sitting in the barn for the last couple of years. The auction is being re-listed due to a non-paying buyer. We have a clean title in hand, and the odometer is correct with only 15k miles. The vehicle has not been driven regularly for about the last ten years, but everything was functional prior to its having been put into storage. It also has an after-market Sears AC unit that was added. The family is anxious to sell this vehicle and has listed this auction as a "No Reserve" auction, so it will go to the highest bidder. The car obviously needs work, but has a lot of potential. If you viewed the car in its original listing, you can see the difference that a car wash has made in the appearance. It cleans up very well. I've also added some pictures from underneath the vehicle. In general, there's uniform rust underneath, but the next to last photo shows the worst spot that I was able to see, to give you an idea of what to expect. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions that you might have. |
