1948 CHEVY 5 WINDOW PICKUP

Description

This 1948 Chevy 5 Window Pickup is very much new from top to bottom. It's equipped with a 350 cu in engine and a 350 turbo transmission with a fresh rebuild. It also has an aluminum radiator with a 16 inch electric fan. Rear end is a 1997 Ford Thunderbird independent rear suspension and fits under the truck very well. It also has 4 wheel disc brakes. It has an excellent ride with posi-trac gear. Not sure on the gear ratio, but it could haul the car around. It does wonders under this pickup. The front suspension is from a 1983 Cordova with adjustable torsion bars. You can adjust the ride the way you want it.

It rolls on new tires with new Chevy Rally wheels, 15x7 and 15x8. The Rally's have both Chevrolet and Ford bolt patterns.

This truck is one of those rust-free kind -- we could not find any rust at all. The truck has all new chrome and stainless parts. It has all new rubbers and glass. This also has 90's Chevy pickup bucket seats. It has all new Classic Instrument gauges, plus all the dash components are new. It also has an electric wiper system under the dash.

This is an awesome truck to drive and gets lots of looks!

This pickup does have a clear title.
