This 1955 Chevy BelAir Post car is a complete build from the chassis up. The build took 5 years to complete, has been complete for a year. Car sets on an Art Morrison GT 55 chassis which has Wildwood brakes, 6 piston front and 4 piston rear, triangulated 4 link with coil over shock suspension with a Strange "9" inch rear end with 410 gears and rolls on Budnik Wheels 18x8 front and 20x10 rear. Power comes from a 443ci small block, Little "M" Dart block, forged crank and rods and J&E pistons complete the rotating assembly. Dart heads with Manley valves, Crane springs, retainers, roller rockers and a Crane mechanical roller cam. MSD ignition and more. 6 speed Tremac transmission, built for this car's application. The Torch Red and White paint is accented by a 714 Motor Sports Camel color all hi grade leather interior with 6 way power seats, power windows and wind wings. Vintage Air, power steering and brakes and an Alpine sound system. This car has been driven only 950 miles and has been in 6 shows, 2 with over 1500 cars and won 3 times. Nothing was over looked when creating this modern day 55 Chevrolet.
