In 1970 when Chevrolet was producing this Monte Carlo it was advertised to consumers as a personal luxury car and was a successful run all the way up until 2007. This Monte Carlo though, is capable of outrunning almost any other car on the road. With its 500 CID 4 bolt main big block Chevy and a d3cr ProCharger mounted to it, this beast will pull harder than you could imagine. Stopping it quickly are Wilwood discs brakes on all four corners and a Wilwood master cylinder and a line lock for the burnout box. It also has a built turbo 400 transmission with a JW performance Ultra bell and ring gear, trans brake, reverse valve body, hardened input and output shafts, a Hipster torque converter, and a Cheetah shifter. Not only is it fast, but makes a great show car as well. It sits low with the help of Fatman's custom 2" drop spindles dropped on a set of Weld racing wheels. The rears are tucked into the tubbed wheel wells, and are connected by a Blitzkreig Ford 9" rear end with a back brace, 35 spline axles, a Strange center section and spool, and 350 Pro Gears. The complete chromoly parachute on the back and the fiberglass cowl hood makes it look fast even when it is sitting still. The engine has custom ported and polished closed chamber rectangular port GM heads, Hellfire rings, custom blower pistons, and an Eagle billet rotating assembly. In between the roll cage and racing harnesses, you will find modern amenities throughout the interior including a flip-up LCD touch screen with FM/AM, CD, DVD, and Auxiliary in the stereo, and accent lighting under the dash. This Monte Carlo is built for both the street and strip. If you are looking for a car that will get down the ¼ mile in a hurry and can still show off at cruise night this could be a great car for you. This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom.
