Here we go again, please don't bid if you don't want the car. This is being relisted because the last winner was a 23 year old girl using her grandfathers account information. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 20 POSITIVE FEEDBACKS, YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING OR I WILL CANCEL YOUR BID AND BLOCK YOU FROM FURTHER BIDDING.

The last listing had the following top bids: $14,900, $14,800, $14,600, $14,444, and so I added a buy-it-now price to move it at $14,000.

NO RESERVE AUCTION SELLING TO HIGH BIDDER

History:
Two Owner car with same owner for last 41 years. I am listing this car for my friend as she isn't proficient with Ebay. The car was bought for her by her mother in 1975 and it was initially titled in her mothers name. The car is located inTrumbull CT. She has provided me with the following information.

The car was maintained and driven by her husband. The car came witha V8 but it is not the original motor. She thinks that the motor had work performed on it last winter and possibly a performance cam was installed. She does not have any paperwork for anything done to the engine. I do not see any rust on the car. It has had new rear quarters put on years ago. The floors, trunk are frame rails appear solid. It has a fold down back seat which needs to be attachedand hounds tooth interior. A picture of thecowl tagis attached. She does not know if this is a true "SS" or not, I think its just a clone. I do not have the build sheet and know nothing about Camaros.

It comes with the original hood and a few other miscellaneous parts. The tachometer doesn't work and I am not sure about the other gauges. The speedometer says around 50K but I didn't check to see if it works or not. It has a new battery installed 11/18. It starts right up and drives and does not smoke, the brakes work well and are not spongy at all. The linkage on the carburetor needs the little c clip to hold the rod onto the linkage but I did not have an opportunity to get one (probably 50 cents). You would need this clip prior to driving anywhere although I did drive it around the block today. The car was sitting for a year but was stored properly. It has a few dents and dings and ascratch down the rightside. It was poorly painted years ago and a not that great close up. It was originally white. Connecticut DMV does not issue new titles for a car this old. I will provide a bill of sale and the last registration (expired). I tried to describe the car as best as I can. Please remember it is48 years old. This car is being sold as-is where is. If you have any questions please ask BEFORE you bid. High bidder gets it. A deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction through PAYPAL. Balance to be paid in person with cash or certified bank check only.

I had a buy-it-now price that went away with the first bid on the car as it is a no reserve auction. Ebay has a lot ofrules that are not practical. I tried to set up the auction so high bidder gets it, or with the buy it now, but apparently that is not an option.
