Up for Sale/Auction is a super nice 1970 Corvette Convertible with the hard top. There has been extensive upgrades to this car. To start, a completely rebuilt 350 motor with a mild cam, approximately 350 hp and 375 tor, demon carb, new MSD tacdrive distributor, MSD 6al Box, Wilwood Master cylinder, new alt, new aluminum radiator, New Tremec 5 speed trans, new new Headman Long Headers, new headlight doors & wiper door vac cans with new vac lines that really work. I glass pinged, painted and clear coated all the parts in the motor compartment. Also a new set of Loyd floor mats that are still in the box.
The car has new Am Racing Daisy wheels, with new Nitto 255-50-17 tires. I just installed new Al Knoch black carpet and Al completely rebuilt the seats. I built a custom rear 3 part storage area behind the seats(see flicks). I fabed new stainless seatbelt connection for the new airplane style seatbelts. The top is in very good shape with a clear window. The paint is 18 months old. I did not paint the car and I am sure the paint is 1970 Corvette Laguna gray. The original hood and hard top are included, they are black as I believe the car was originally. The suspension was rebuilt 18 months ago. Originally, this was a 4 speed 350 hp with 380 tor car which is marked on the shifter plate.
The car comes with an extra set of 1970 seats, the original tac-Dist, Holley 4 barrel carb, original rally wheels with original beauty rims and caps as well set of after market beauty rims and caps. A set of nearly new BF Goodrich tires Radial TA P 225-70-R as well as motor mounts. The original exhaust Manifolds are included. There are also 4 large boxes of original & NOS parts that are included in this sale.
I did not build this car but rather bought it from a friend in Bakersfield CA. This is a CA car with Ca Title that is now in my shop in Or. The car is listed locally which may cause the auction to be closed early. I have been building corvettes for many years. You can check by looking at Corvette Fever "You can take it with you" This a 67 that I still have.
I will assist with shipping but there are many extras that would make it easier if the buyer would pick up. Thanks for looking Dr. B 503-717-5061
PS: Added a few flicks of the motor area as it was over cast when I took the first ones. thanks dr. bI drive this car almost every day, this 5 speed a hoot, barks in at least the firs 3 gears, never tried 4th or 5th. Anyway probably not cool for some people, but I dig the power. dr. b
