Vehicle Overview
You are now viewing a beautiful and very well sorted 1947 Buick Roadmaster Sedan. This Very Elegant and Curvaceous Buick Post War Sedan has had the luxury of being pampered and protected for the last 26 years in the very prestigious Hillcrest (continuing care retirement community home) in La Verne California. Stately and refined, this vintage Buick has seen only limited duty as the official car in Hillcrest's annual 4th of July Parade. Hillcrest was established the same year (1947).
This 1947 Buick Roadmaster was built in the Motor City (Detroit) and then on to California and then a very brief stop in Scottsdale Arizona and now being sold on a clean and clear "A" Box (Actual Miles) Arizona title. This 1947 Buick Roadmaster received a very nice restoration in 1991(Many Receipts) and still wears all its original chrome and bright trim which is very complete.
This 1947 Buick Roadmaster comes to the next intelligent owner with documents like a barrage of receipts from 1991 backing up what was done during the restoration process and also stacks of California Registrations documenting this to be a true California car.
If you have been pondering a top of the line Post War Collector Car you should be taking a very hard look at this one. As we all probably know, California and Arizona cars are getting harder and harder to obtain and are by far the best climates a car can come from anywhere in North America.
