Description

Vehicle available for local pickup, or if Buyer arranges shipping, payment, and title pickup. If Buyer is a PA resident, the Antique Plate IS transferrable. Unknown if odometer reading is true. I am not the original owner, but owned for about 8 years. Starting the vehicle from a cold start is typical of a carburetor fed engine, ie, pump gas pedal while cranking. Original 6 volt system. Many new parts within the past few years includin, but not limited to,5 radial tires, radiator, exhaust and fuel system, electrical wiring, and generator. Rear "wing windows" come off hinge, so I do not open. Key door locks are inoperable from the outside, but can be locked from the inside. Heating system does not work. I am not a mechanic. I have all invoice documentation as to the restoration work performed. Drives great, but must feather the gas when starting from dead stop. The shift pattern on Fluid Drive is the H pattern on the column, except the two drive ranges are where 2nd & 3rd typically are located. Reverse is normal. Clutch is engaged, place in a gear, remove foot from clutch. Car now in gear. In low gear range, at about 15mph, foot off gas until you hear a shift, then foot on gas. When stopping, gear downshifts automatically. Don’t touch clutch until a new gear range, reverse, or neutral is desired. Because the car is 69 years old, I can only attest to its current condition. No warranty. I do not accept Paypal due to payment issues to seller when seller does not arrange or pay for shipment. No Power Steering or Brakes.
