1973 Dodge Challenger Base 4.40 engine
Description
Well its time to sell off some of my personal collection of Mopars in order to finance some of the other ongoing projects I have going on at this time. So,up for bidding/sale is my Orange1973 440Dodge Challenger. I've had this car for a couple years only driving it a few times when I first purchased it so it has been sitting in my garage for a couple years I just don't have the time to right now nor the extra funds to do all that and need to finish some other cars/remodeling that is in process, so I am selling off some of my personal cars I have to finance these other projects. This is a beautiful, solid 73 Challenger 440 engine that will need very little to be safely on the road and enjoying for the up and coming summer season. The car has a new paint job that was done about 4 years ago. It was repainted in the original orange- red color the car came with. Trunk lid is original with no swelling or rot on the lip. The trunk floor is still the original, trunk floor showing no signs of patches being welded in. undercoating applied to the inside of trunk. The original front and rear frame rails are super solid with no patching or repairs ever being done. Original floorboards are also extremly solid with no patchwork ever done on them. Front inner fenders are also solid. Lower parts of the doors look nice with no swelling at the seams. Bottoms of the fenders do NOT look like they have ever been patched to be honest I bought the car fron Texas. The car will need a few things done before enjoying it this summer. To the best of my knowledge it will need a radio and speakers . A/C All in all this is a sharp looking 73 Challenger that needs very little be on the road in no time. Exterior paint job is beautiful that is accented nicely with the black interior and black stripe. Car can also be a money maker for the right person. With the addition of a big block with the mean agressive look of the car as it sits right now can increase the value quite dramatically on this. Do some engine upgrades to this and take it to the Mopar Nationals or the All Chrysler show at Carlisle and make some money. I'm priceing it right from the beginning, thats it. My reserve is very close to the Buy-it-Now price, so thats pretty much where I am on the car.We all know how hard it is to find a solid Body regardless of the year. And to have one that is already painte, Do the math! I do have the car for sale locally so if you are interested, bid your best or Buy-it-Now as if it sells locally the auction is ended. I am not interested in any trades for other cars, boats, real estate, bikes ETC. I'd prefer just to keep this car and stuff it back away.I am asking for a 2,000.00 deposit in the form of a bank check/money order within 5 days of auctions end. Balance due within 14 days of auctions end in form of cash upon pickup or bank check prior to pickup. Bank checks will need to clear my bank before the car will be released. Buyer respnsible for shipping arrangements and all costs incured. I have a clear IL title in my name for the vehicle. Car is sold As-Is with no warranty. Any questions or concerns or something I forgot feel free to Email me. I'll do my best to answer them. I will add a video via you tube. if you want to watch it I will send you the Link. Thanks.
