Description

Selling my 1989 D100 truck. Runs and drives good. Was an original TBI 318, now has a 1978 440 with 452 factory iron heads that have the hardened exhaust valve seats. Lots of great parts! Has a Summit RV grind cam in it, but also comes with a used (in great condition) Comp Cams XE268 cam and lifters. That cam needs to go back in it, it's a much better cam. The RV cam killed the midrange/top end but did not really help the low end. I just didn't get around to doing it. It has a stock torque converter, but could really use a 2400 rpm or so stall. Has the stock 8 3/8 rear end with around a 2.76 or so gear in it. Runs about 2300 rpm at 60 mph. Also has an Edelbrock Torker (not Torker II) aluminum intake, Holley 770 Street Avenger carb, White performance distributor, Show Chrome one wire alternator, Accel Super coil, Mallory return style fuel pressure regulator, Trick Flow in tank electric fuel pump, headers, two stainless Magnaflow mufflers, high temp plug wire boot sleeves, MSD street wires, Trans Go shift kit, deep aluminum trans pan, XV Motorsports kickdown cable, B&M truck megashifter, Autogauge monster tach, and some other stuff I'm probably forgetting. This is a clean Arkansas truck, and it's been parked during the salty northern winters. The floor pans, bed, frame rails, doors, fenders, etc. are all solid. Body has some small dings and scraps, but nothing serious. It's in great shape for its age. Paint is faded, and the seat is torn on driver side. I have a set of tan bucket seats out of a Dodge minivan that go with the truck. Yes, it has Ford truck aluminum rims on it, but they look nice and have low mileage on the rubber. 275/60-15 rear and 225/60-15 front. Also comes with four steel rims with good tires for storage purposes. I've owned this truck since 2007, but I don't really use it (less than 1000 miles per year) and my interests have changed. Clear title. Any questions, please ask. This truck runs and drives good, lights all work (no horn), etc. but I have not driven it more than about a 100 mile radius from my home. Thanks for looking!
