Description

Time to let her go, I built this car almost 4 years ago, Its a driver,Car has a ton of work done to it.Every aspect of the car has been worked on, upgraded. Engine/Transmission, suspension (air-ride, interior, body and paint, glass, weather striping. Its a mild custom, most work people cant even tell unless you know coronets. OK lets start with the engine/transmission: factory flathead 6 230cc Engine has all new gaskets, plugs, wires, distributor, Cam, Dual intake manifold and Carter 2 barrels, True dual exhaust manifold with 2.5 inch exhaust into 2 Porter mufflers, Custom 6 volt alternator(positive ground car still), 2-6 volt batteries(one for backup just incase), new wiring, all lights, bulbs, etc., Custom 4 core aluminum radiator, new water pump, thermostats(2 for weather change), Vintage Carter fuel filter and mechanical fuel pump, car also has a 6 volt electric fuel pump to act as primer pump so it takes less cranking to get it started Transmission is out of a 57 Dodge OVERDRIVE!!! yea...its got 6 gears!!!! The factory 3 then every one of those has a overdrive gear making it a 6 speed of sorts. I cruise on the highway 80-90 mph regularly with no sort of redline or over working of the engine. Every gasket in car has been replaced front to back. The engine bay has copper lines that supply the fuel to the carbs and to vacuum advance, oil filter. people call the engine bay "the still" cause it looks like a moonshine setup!! (thousands of miles on it and never any sort of leak of any sort) All new brakes, Scarebird front disc brake conversion, new booster, proportioning valve, rear drum rebuild new pads, E-brake rebuild it works!!! All new brake and fuel lines. Suspension: custom air ride, slam specialties bags with internal stoppers, custom made front bag brackets and cups, custom rear link bars, new shocks, 1/8" lines, air ride runs of Nitrogen...I run the tank at 100 psi...what this means is there is NO electrical components in the airride...you will need to have the tank filled...I drive the car alot and fill it maybe once every month. its not expensive. No compressors running, no valves clicking away...just air when you need it with no electric draw and NO noise!!! Body/Paint: Stripped car down to bare metal, shaved gas door, molded roof to body(was two separate parts),shaved belt line trim, molded rear fenders to body, rear valence molded, hood molded trim shaved(was 2 pieces now one), rockers molded to body, front fenders molded(was factory 2 piece), drip rails shaved doors extended and roof extended to make up the 1" of space after shaved, Custom made bumpers: Front bumper was a chevy pickup that I stretched, molded and made it match the flow of the grill(looking down from front of car it matches the grill contours,

Rear bumper was a 51 mercury bumper I stretche, molded and made it match the flow of the rear fenders and valance. custom rear license plate bracket that doesnt touch the bumper. Paint: shes painted with Dupont Porsche silver as a base coat, then 5 pounds of Ed Roth Silver surfite monster flake. Then entire car!!! the paint dances when light hits it. painted the roof in HOK Pagan Gold panels with lace ghost patterns. CAR IS SMOOTH!!!! everyone walks up to it and touches it..yes i let people touch it..its just a car..plus it lets them feel how smooth it is...guys paint flake jobs and they are rougher then sandpaper. Clear is Dupont. new weatherstripping everywhere. Trim/grill: every piece of trim and grills have been copper plated, then clear coated with mini gold pearl in the clear so sun hits it and gleams!! door handles, trunk handle, fender trims, hood ornamant, hubcaps. Interior: Seats are white vinyl and grey suede with diamond pleats white piping. same as doors, and rear deck panel, headliner grey suede, car was completely covered in sound deadening material, new rugs. Dash and window trims are painted silver with mini silver flake. Gauges are copper. One season on new Coker wide whites, NOT RESPONSIBLE For shipping

Car is driven a few days a week over 2 hours to work. I build cars for a living. In traffic i get stared at and beeped at... Need to sell car, its worth way more.
