This truck is a rare, low 61,000 mile, special ordered 1970 Adventurer Camper Special; This “Sweptline” has the 360 big block motor, 727 automatic transmission, power assist steerin, power brakes and bright trim package.
She is a very, very solid vintage Sweptline; there is none of the typical front floor rust. The only two spots of rust are the 2 lower door corners and they’re very small. The rockers are absolutely perfect! The tailgate was never installed as she is an original camper conversion. The bed has lots of scratches and small dings from years of use, but no big dents and is as solid as the day she was built. This is a pickup that would make for a very easy restoration to collectors condition if thats your thing. Salvage title in my name, fully registered in California. Needs: The tires are old, the steering box needs to betightened, the needle in the steering columntransmission indicator window (above thesteering wheel) is missing, radio only makes noise as the speakers are shot. She was quite an expensive truck when new and would have been the Queen of the fleet, cherished by her owner! This Sweptline pickup will certainly turn heads wherever you take her and she will steal the attention away all over the street. This is a pickup truck that deserves to be driven.
Everything in the pictures is included.
