Description

1967 Dodge Coronet R/T Convertible
All American Classic is pleased to offer this rare find 1967 Dodge Coronet RT Convertible. Only 628 Convertibles were produced in 1967, and the numbers are far fewer in this all Black color scheme. Sure to appreciate in value because of such low Production Numbers, this Texas Solid example retains all of It's Assembly Line Sheet Metal with no rust issues anywhere. How often do you see a Convertible with solid original Floor Pans like this one. Straight body Panels when looking down both sides of the car, and the Clear-Coat paint work is high quality with a few minor flaws due to use and age. The Power Convertible Top is in great shape, and Exterior Trim Items are a combination of well preserved original and replaced as needed. The Magnum 500 Wheels are bright and lustrous, and the recently added Coker Red Line Radial Tires give the car a vintage look with modern performance. This R/T was restored in 2012, and modern upgrades such as Power 4-Wheel Disc Brakes and Vintage Air were added to this high quality driver. The 1970 Date Code 440 Big Block (1967 Date Code correct Intake Manifold) has been mild performance rebuilt, and the Torque-Flite Transmission has been gone through as well. This along with a completely rebuilt Suspension including Rear Leaf Spring replacement and a Heavy-Duty Front Sway bar adds to an impressionable driving experience.
