Description

1962 Dodge D100 short bed, Original California truck resides in Oklahoma now, truck has been totally gone through-new professionally installed Scotts IFS setup in front with adjustable Aiden coilovers and manual rack & pinion steering with disc brakes, steering column saver installed to retain factory column, front crossmember and all ifs components were clear coated for a unique look, nearly $5k alone in the front IFS setup, rear lowered with shackles and removing a few leafs, drives awesome! No C-notch was necessary with the Dodge frame in back, Rides like a car!, original slant 6 and three on the tree was removed while front IFS was being installed and replaced with a 1985 318 and 727 auto trans, trans was rebuilt and factory correct trans crossmember and front spanner installed for extra support, new Lokar shifter, engine was tore apart with all new gaskets with new water pump, radiator, fuel pump, timing chain, petronix distributor, freeze plugs, runs great!, New 2 1/2 exhaust with flowmaster 40 series mufflers, everything new or rebuilt, original 8 3/4 tapered hub style rear axle was swapped for a better more common '68 8 3/4 with non press on drums-2:94 gear with all new bearings and seals in the rear end, new drums and rear brakes, new master cylinder with adjustable prop valve, new brake lines, new 17x8 us wheels, new 235/60/17 tires, original paint-except on bottom of doors and tailgate where rust was cut out and repaired, interior features 1962 only white face gauges that work great, new carpet and scuff plates, seat is perfect under seat cover-just liked blanket look better, rear bumper is from a 67-72 blazer and front bumper was tucked in closer to body than originally was for a great look, doors and windows work great-doors could use new weatherstrip but no leaks inside, needs new heater core-been unhooked for years, no rust on vehicle except for a bubble on top of pass fender were previous rust work was done, still retains original spare tire holder, have all original front end components if new owner want to put truck back to original with the straight axle and still have the original motor and trans also that could be included, ready for door logos to complete the shop truck look, clear title, have all receipts, dare to be different with one very unique and rare find,the more you look over a Dodge from this era the more you realize how truly custom and unique they were from the factory, call Brandon (580)774-9223.
