Please read all, as I will describe all.
BODY: Starting with a accident and rust free Texas car, the body was treated to a glass out, bare metal respray, using a 2 stage base coat clear coat of its original factory color.
Presently there are NO dings, dents, scratches, scrapes, rust of any kind or even a rock chip ANYWHERE. The windshield, wiper blade arms and blades all weatherstripping, seals, gaskets, grommets are NEW.
Both front and rear bumpers with brackets, and all hardware are new. Both front and rear valences are new. Headlights with new mounting kit are new. Taillights and reverse lights are new. Chrome door handles and all lock cylinders with keys are new. New grill with new amber foglight kit. A new chrome gas cap. New Shelby style fiberglass hood with new hood springs and cowl molding is finished painted on its underside satin black to match the engine compartment.
Engine: The satin black painted engine compartment with new firewall insulation and all new seals and grommets houses a totally NEW engine. From the top of its Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and intake, to the bottom of its 7 quart oil pan, ALL is new.
This blue printed and balanced 302 has a mild street cam and an estimated 325 hp. Certainly enough to motivate this 2500 Lb. car effortlessly. In addition the following is new under the hood: Transistorized ignition and new wires and plugs, fuel pump, alternator, water pump and thermostat, starter, power steering pump, all new brackets, pulleys, belts, hoses and hose clamps. New export brace, chrome air cleaner, and Ford Motorsport valve covers. New battery with new tray, hold down clamp, and cables. New wire loom and relay kit.
Transmission: New Tremec 5 speed shifted with new Hurst shifter with a cue ball shift knob.
Clutch: Complete new clutch kit and cable.
Driveshaft: New drive shaft and universals.
Rear End: All new internals with 350 ratio.
Suspension: All new HD shocks and springs F & R. Full polyureathane bushing kit. Welded in sub frame connectors.
Brakes: Full new brake system consisting of a new dual circuit master cylinder, brake lines and hoses, disc brake (front) rotors, pads and calipers. New (rear) drum brake kit with drums, linings, and cylinders. New parking brake cable.
Fuel System: New fuel tank, fuel pump and all lines. New sending unit, filler pipe, filler hose, and all new hardware.
Cooling System: New HD 3000 cfm electric fan, oversized Fluidyne aluminium radiator, and trick overflow recovery system (located in LF fender).
Wiring System: Full American Autowire Harness (the best there is)
Steering System: New steering column, column bearing, insulator, grommet, power steering cylinder, and cylinder boot. Rebuilt centerlink controller.
Exhaust System: New Hipo exhaust manifolds and gaskets. New pipes w/new Flowmaster 44's. Custom chrome tipped exhaust dumps.
Interior: Completely new interior. Headliner with insulation. Seats have welded frames with new padding an covers. Door panels are new with new cranks, and have new window regulators installed. New carpet and rear parcel shelf. New chrome threshold plates. New wiper motor, switch, seal, bezel trim, and harness. New turn signal switch and lever. New ignition set w/bezel. New door lock set. New windshield wiper knob with bezel. New cigar lighter/ socket/ knob/ bezel. New headlight knob / shaft / bezel. New heater dash plate, control cables, and knobs. New dash pad. New complete gauge cluster from a 1966 Mustang ( full gauges ) all sending units, sensors, wiring kit, and bulbs. New visors and brackets, window trim front and rear, pedals, and chrome rear view mirror. New factory look AM FM radio and speaker. New trunk underlayment and full carpeting (black).
Wheels and Tires: New staggered American Torque Thrusts. They feature custom one off polished flat center caps and red striping running the circumference of each wheel. The size is 17 X 7 front and 17 X 8 rear. New tires measure 215 / 45 front and 225 / 45 rear.
Heat and Air Conditioning: Vintage Heat and Air is a Gen # 4 model which as of now is the latest and greatest available.
Special Touches: Column mounted Sun lookalike Tach. Console. Simpson Performance seat belts. Logo mats. Custom one off steering wheel.
This car is my interpretation of a gentleman's muscle car. The stance and sound is perfect. It performs like a modern day car, but brings back fond memories to all that knew it back when.
There are no Ford, Mustang, or V8 emblems. There are no stripes, scoops, or Shelby call outs. It's smoothed, and just the way I like it. But....you can change this easily if you like. That decision is yours if "the price is right"
This car will take you years duplicate, and will cost somewhere between $55,000 to $60,000....if you know the right people. Why go thru all that. Life is short and you should be driving today
