No Reserve, High Bidder WINS!
"Custom Electric" presents a time capsule from the past, one of the COOLEST, one and only Original Paint Burglar AlarmVans on Planet Earth!
I love this VAN! I remember growing up as a kid, my mother loved to customize all her vans; she was a vanner and thanks to her, I have been one ever since as well. As I grew older, I knew someday I would have a van like this one! And, YES it has MOM'S APPROVAL TOO!
This is an awesome Barn Find Survivor! This 1971 Ford Econoline short wheelbase van is AMAZING. This Ford Econoline came from Fort Bragg, California. There, the owners owned the company & Custom Electric where it was in service until 1987, the van was brought back to life 3 years ago, now it's cruising the streets and TURNING HEADS EVERYEWHERE!
Folks, the body is impressively solid considering its age and the fact that its never been welded or restored and being over 40 years old! The body, original paint, and logos, are essentially a best-case scenario for an unrestored1971 Endoline. Make no mistake, it has its share of dings, scratches, and stone chips, as much from 40 plus years of life on Earth as from being driven over the 20 plus years it was in service. It's running a straight 6 cylinder with a C6, and recently had a valve job. It runs good; however I would recommend rebuilding the steering box and maybe a simple tune-up as it's been 2 years since the last major service otherwise it runs good.
Its guaranteed to bea standout in any event orserious collectors stable. It hasthe kind of patina and logos that make you wanna lock up and foam at the mouththe minute you lay your eyes on it. Tosay the least, itlooks superimpressive for being over 40 years old! Don't restored one that you know nothing about; they are only original once like this one!
Theinterior has its front bucket seats and the rest is up to you to design a one of a kind custom interior.Remember, painted andrestored Econolinesare available, but, ask yourself when the last time you saw an honest survivor like this one, with logos like this?Don't miss your chance to own one of the Coolest Survivor Ford Vans
Available.
